US military members concerned over Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training

A survey conducted among over 200 US military personnel reveals significant concerns regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training within the military. 

Participants, representing various ranks and branches, overwhelmingly expressed concerns about the impact of DEI training. Concerns ranged from the effect of DEI training on combat readiness, the perceived intrusion of DEI policies into military culture, and discomfort with certain DEI-related practices such as acknowledging pronouns and accommodating transgender individuals. 

One participant, using a pseudonym, said being forced to accept and celebrate transgenderism is “like being required to play pretend..” 

“A burly man pretending to be a woman living and showering in the women’s barracks [is a] harmful absurdity,” the participant said.
