A study conducted by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) has revealed a higher risk of anaphylaxis, swollen lymph nodes, and heart inflammation in older adolescents who receive two doses of mRNA COVID vaccines.

The study involved nearly 500,000 adolescents aged 13-19, unvaccinated before official vaccine approval for this age group.

Within 14 days of the second dose, there was a tenfold increase in the risk of anaphylaxis, an over 130% greater risk of swollen glands, and nearly 430% increase in myo- and pericarditis cases.

Despite these safety concerns, severe post-infection outcomes were found to be rare among vaccinated adolescents.
