Hatchard open letter urges Health Minister to investigate COVID vaccine safety concerns

They assume this apparent increase in risk is likely due to the fact that vaccinated individuals are more likely to be older, and age itself is a significant factor in mortality risk. However, HealthNZ states they don’t want to conduct the appropriate analysis because it can be time-consuming. 

Hatchard also notes the reply to an OIA reveals an order of the Employment Relations Authority somehow prevents access to data from the National Vaccination Database, hindering research into any potential link between COVID vaccination and all-cause mortality.
